Convoys, packages and helicopter arrivals

Booking several cars earns a convoy discount that grows with the number of cars, applied automatically when you build your convoy. If you would rather not work it out, our wedding packages state the price, the hours and the cars for you.

Want a bigger entrance? We can arrange a helicopter arrival where the venue has a safe landing area and permission, with the ground car waiting for you. Overruns happen, so the chauffeur waits, and any overtime is agreed with you on the day.

When to book your wedding cars

We suggest booking three to four months ahead, and earlier for October to December dates, because the most requested cars go first. Peak season carries a published adjustment, and booking well ahead earns a discount that offsets much of it.
