Do you invoice monthly?
Account holders are invoiced monthly against a signed agreement. Until an account is open, bookings are paid with a deposit up front and the balance on completion.
How long does an account application take?
We respond within one business day. Once your KRA PIN, billing contact and signed terms are in, the account opens immediately.
Will a car be available when we need one?
Yes. If your first choice is out on a job, we put you in an equal or better vehicle at the same rate.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We will sign your NDA or ours before an assignment begins.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 40% of the quoted total, subject to a minimum of KES 10,000. It appears as its own line before you pay anything, and the balance is due on completion.
